Laurie Schoeller, Special Benefits Coordinator

Laurie joined our team at Benefit Connections in April 2007. She brought with her an 'eagle eye' for errors and misprints and quickly became our official company proof reader. Laurie has been in sales her entire working career, selling a wide range of items and services, from Marine Corps uniforms to Pampered Chef products. Laurie has always taken pride in putting her customer's first, offering optimal customer service. It seemed a natural transition when she became our Individual and Medicare Sales Specialist in August 2008. Since that time Laurie has relied on her competitive nature to increase yearly sales goals. Although she wears many hats at Benefit Connections, Laurie particularly enjoys contributing to our annual drive for a new advertising campaign. Laurie is licensed with the state of Pennsylvania to sell life, accident & health insurance.

In her free time, Laurie enjoys the challenge of maintaining overall health and fitness, attending circuit training classes five days a week and walking when she can squeeze it in. Laurie and husband, Ralph, are members of Country and Town Baptist Church, actively serving in numerous capacities. Building off their desire to serve others, they most recently decided to become members of the Southern Baptist Disaster Relief Team.

Laurie and her husband have been married for 22 years and have three children. Shannon is a police detective outside Philadelphia and deputy for the US Marshall Service. Adam, an active duty Marine is heading for his first deployment in Afghanistan this summer. Last but not least, Collin, a sophomore at Temple University, majoring in Tourism and Hospitality Management, hopes to, one day; see the world working aboard cruise ships. Laurie and Ralph hope he can sneak them on board too!

Laurie is looking forward to continued growth with our company and anxiously anticipates new opportunities in both the business world and her family life. "Someday we'll have time to start working on that bucket list. I just hope we're not too old to enjoy it!"

Deb Elliott, Client Manager

Deb joined Benefit Connections in August of 2010 as the Client Manager. As Client Manager, she currently handles a majority of the group renewals and new business development for Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, and Voluntary Benefits.

Deb brings 22 years of experience in management, sales and marketing. Most of these years were spent in the banking industry. She has held a health license from 2001 to 2007. She also held a Series 6 and Series 63 license (for financial products) from 1999 to 2007. Deb is currently licensed with the state of Pennsylvania to sell life, accident & health insurance since 2010.

Currently she serves the community as Treasurer for Harvest Health, and also as a board member for Carlisle Summerfair, and for the Carlisle Chamber on their Membership and Ambassador Committees.

Deb and her husband, Ron, live in the Carlisle community. If you don't find Deb checking in at Planet Fitness at 5am, training with her personal trainer, or out on the golf course, you will find her running the roads and trails of Cumberland County! Deb has become an avid runner over the past year and half, running over 750 miles. Her longest competitive race so far is a 10 miler and looks to complete a Half Marathon in the near future. Her husband, Ron, is a social studies teacher at Northern Middle School, and enjoys his summers off playing golf!

Deb has three children, Jake, Sarah, and Samantha. Her two oldest children, Jake and Sarah, have officially given her the title as a Rugby and Horse Show Mom, which keeps her very busy! Samantha, the youngest, currently plays the piano and is looking to give golf and tennis a try this summer.

Kendra Feaser, Benefit Services Assistant

Kendra began her journey as a Benefit Services Assistant at Benefit Connections in August 2010. She holds several different roles in the office from Compliance to HRA Processing to Individual Insurance Sales. She enjoys the diversity that the position offers her.

Kendra began helping others at a small restaurant in Shippensburg. After that, she worked in the Human Resources field for several years before making the switch to insurance and joining the Benefit Connections team. Kendra is also licensed with the State of Pennsylvania to sell life, accident and health insurance.

On most weekends, you can find her in her truck and trailer on the highway to the next rodeo. Kendra is a professional barrel racer and a member of the Women's Professional Rodeo Association and the American Professional Rodeo Association. These rodeo circuits take her to many different parts of the country and enables her to meet new people at every competition. Horses have always been a part of her life; and she couldn't imagine life without them. Her entourage consists of three horses and a puppy with hopes to soon include a mini donkey, a bunny and a tea-cup pig.

When not on the rodeo trail, she likes hanging out with her friends and most of all enjoying life! (Hence her annual trip to Vegas).

Hayley Diodato, Client Services Coordinator

Hayley joined the Benefit Connections team in December of 2011. She uses her exceptional customer service skills to fulfill the needs of our clients. Previous positions in the public eye have taught her to always be understanding and courteous to all. Insurance is a new avenue for Hayley, but she plans to grow and succeed at all that is thrown her way!

Hayley was born and raised in the Carlisle Community. Her family consists of husband Michael, daughter Rylee, and two loveable labs Abby and Copper. In her free time Hayley enjoys being with her family doing anything outdoors. Camping, mountain biking, skiing, you name it she's doing it. Disney World is also a favorite pastime for the Diodato family. Ask where they're vacationing and Disney is usually in the answer! Hayley usually funds these trips with her hobby of extreme couponing.

Although working, playing house, and keeping up with her family doesn't leave much time, Hayley volunteers weekly at her daughter's school with reading and writing activities.

Morgan Feaser, Client Services Coordinator

Morgan joined the Benefit Connections team in November of 2011. She brings with her 7 years of retail experience, where she climbed through the ranks as first a cashier, a front end supervisor, and finally as human resources/payroll coordinator. She also has a year of experience with an accounting firm processing payroll.

In her spare time, Morgan likes to keep active. Summertime brings swimming, volleyball, baseball, and tennis; winter brings ice skating and an occasional ski trip. She enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and playing the piano. She is also a loyal fan to her favorite teams, Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Phillies!
